Welcome to Indian Dream Studio! Before proceeding to book your slot at our sprawling venue located in the outskirts of Jaipur, please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully:

Booking and Entry:

• Customers must pre-book their slot well in advance by filling the booking form on our website.
• Entry to Indian Dream Studio premises will only be permitted upon sharing the booking details generated by the website.

Sharing Basis and Co-operative Behaviour:

• All bookings at Indian Dream Studio are on a sharing basis, with other shoots taking place simultaneously.
• We expect cooperative behaviour and adherence to moral ethics to ensure a conducive environment for all customers to achieve their desired results.

Timeliness and Participant Information:

• Customers are required to arrive on time to effectively utilize their slot timings.
• Changing and Makeup room should be vacated 15-30 minutes prior to the shoot time. We will not be able to offer extra time beyond the allocated slot, so please utilize the time allotted for the shoot accordingly. You will receive updates on this during your property visit, where a designated representative will provide you with further information
• The number of people attending the shoot must be informed during the booking process to make appropriate arrangements. If you wish to add extra people separately, it will incur additional charges at reasonable rates, which must be paid at the time of entry.

Refunds and Rescheduling:

• After the booking is confirmed and payment is received, we are unable to offer any refunds.
• Rescheduling is possible within 72 hours of the original booking, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

Photography and Damages: 

• Friends and family members accompanying the shoot are not allowed to take photos or videos on the studio premises. Any violation may result in the cancellation of the shoot.
• Customers are responsible for checking the props and studio-owned items for pre-existing damages before the shoot.
• All props and studio-owned items must be returned undamaged. Any damages during the shoot will be chargeable according to the specified pricing by the management.

Late Check-Outs and Prohibited Activities:

• Late check-outs will incur additional charges.
• Extension of the slot time should be requested at least 30 minutes prior to the end time and is subject to availability.
• Consumption of Smoking is only allowed in designated zones, smoking anywhere else on the premises is strictly prohibited.
• Consumption of alcohol and Tobacco is also strictly prohibited.
• Customers must maintain social distancing and adhere to all COVID-19 safety measures.
• Staff members must be treated with respect at all times.

Additional Services and Third-Party Vendors:

• Additional services provided at Indian Dream Studio, such as makeup artists, outfit rentals, and ironing of clothes, are arranged through third-party vendors for customer convenience.
• All communication and issues regarding these additional services should be directly addressed with the respective vendor. Indian Dream Studio is not responsible for any dissatisfaction or issues related to these services.

Data Storage and Security:

• We ensure that the data you provide to us remains safe and secure at all times. We never share it with anyone else, ensuring your peace of mind. If you have any concerns or encounter any issues regarding your data, please feel free to reach out to us.

Liability and Indemnification:

• Indian Dream Studio will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment, valuables, or belongings. Customers are responsible for their belongings.
• Clients use the studios and facilities entirely at their own risk.
• The client agrees to indemnify Indian Dream Studio against all charges and claims.

Miscellaneous:

• Indian Dream Studio is pet-friendly, provided there is no damage to the property.
• The number of people allowed for different types of shoots is specified, and clients must adhere to the stated limits.
• All contractual disputes or claims related to specific contracts are subject to Rajasthan Government Jurisdiction.
• Clients must follow the security regulations of Indian Dream Studio.
• Clients acknowledge and agree that the studio is a workplace where certain items may pose risks if mishandled. Indian Dream Studio is committed to maintaining a safe environment; however, in the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule your booking.
